Pi provided pre-planning advice and energy modelling assisting with early stage options to minimise costs and energy consumption to drive the pre-planning application forward.
On planning approval, a full MEP detailed design was completed with specialist lighting design, grey water systems, potential energy centre and external services. Full sustainability services were also included including energy modelling for compliance and EPC production.
