Construction of a new 5,940 ft2 private residential home.

Pi provided the M&E consultancy design services to the new residential property including:-
Incoming water main, gas utility and electrical utility upgrade, re-evaluation of external swimming pool heating scheme, low energy LED & fluorescent lighting and controls as a specialist lighting design package, full MEP design, Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) alternative heating solution design and full home automation system including entertainment package.
